The Client Portal for your customers

The CirrusVet Client Portal allows your clients to instantly receive invoices, consent forms and reminders directly to their phones. There is no need for complicated downloading of apps or login procedures and passwords - it's simple, direct and immediate. The Portal enables clients to see their reminder dates, book appointments and sign and review consent forms at the same time as reducing the workload for your staff at reception.

Book Appointments

Once in the portal your clients can book an appointment in a designated diary and when complete the system confirms that to you by inserting the appointment in the diary and also messaging you to make sure you are aware.

Secure Access

The Portal provides secure access for the client to see all the data about their animal, invoices, payments, reminder dates, consent forms, appointments - it even allows the client to pay an invoice securely. In the future it will show healthplan benefits and insurance details.

Full Integration with your website

We provide full integration between the portal and your website, users can securely request access to the portal from their phones for registering, appointment booking and reminder dates and once in the portal they can use the full features of it.

Prescriptions to Go

There is a growing need to generate prescriptions for clients and CirrusVet has a new frictionless system to produce the prescription with all of the legally required text, digitally signed and delivered to their phones with one click. The client can then securely access the prescription as a non-editable PDF which they can view on their phone and forward or upload to website.
