CirrusVet have created full Client Portal integration and completed testing and approval with card services company DOJO PaymentSense. When you send an invoice to a client via the Client Portal there is a payment button which takes you to the card services. It's very quick and convenient and requires no intervention on your behalf. You do need to be signed up with DOJO in order for this to work and if you want their details please contact us in the normal way and we will provide the right details for you.

Immediate Payment Notification

When the card payment is successful the system puts the payment in the client's account against that invoice and also puts a notification in the InBox so you can see that the payment was made from that central point. Integration with other card services companies are planned.

Pet Proactive have a unique offering where the risk for an animal insurance is based on the history of the that animal at your practice and with the background of the full anonymised data from the practice. So the insurance and the client is bound in with your practice and what's more they only team up with properly independent vets and groups.

Prescriptions to Go

There is a growing need to generate prescriptions for clients and CirrusVet has a new frictionless system to produce the prescription with all of the legally required text, digitally signed and delivered to their phones with one click. The client can then securely access the prescription as a non-editable PDF which they can view on their phone and forward or upload to website.
